Kamala Harris Eyes Political Comeback: Kamala still seeks the spotlight. According to New York Times, Kamala Harris is mounting a political comeback with a possible run for California governor or establishing a policy institute. Are you excited for this?
I think she is dynamic and fun to watch. She doesn’t realize it’s the more you talk the less people like you. If she wants to win an election she should enter the day before voting. [Laughter] [Applause]
That is a great plan. Shouldn’t she go into the private sector and come out with her own line of tequila or boxed wine instead?
If I were her I would stay so far away from politics. As an American I’m praying for that every day. I can’t imagine the thought of her actually staying in politics especially now, especially after this administration and the blinders have been pulled off of everybody’s eyes. I can’t imagine whether there is space for her at all. We voted against sheer incompetence and other… Dr. Stupidity. Maybe she would be good as an ambassador to a Chinese country somewhere where she can have drinks on the patio and enjoy the warm breeze.
Yes the warm breeze. You know this seems like her next step would be president of the university, right? Is that what normally happens? Failed Democrat or a liberal – they get awarded that.
Definitely not on a dry campus. [Applause] I have to tell you one of my biggest fears in politics is that Kamala runs for president in 2028. I’m a Republican and I’m very, very scared because by far their strongest, best candidate is Kamala Harris. So I hope that the Democrats definitely do not run Kamala for president in 2028. [Laughter]
Julie, it seems like Democrat politics is the only industry where you can be defeated in a humiliating fashion and then get invited back to the show.
That is true. There is some talk about her maybe becoming the next California governor – she would be perfect. California doesn’t get any worse, what difference does that make. I also understand they are looking for a new president for AA so she could do that.
